SKOPEO
A visual collaboration layer for developers and AI coding agents — point at the interface, explain the intent, send the context, and review the result.

Overview
Skopeo helps developers communicate visual changes to AI coding agents without turning the interface into a long text description. Instead of saying “the second card under the hero,” the developer can work directly from the running page: select what matters, add visual or written intent, send it to the coding workflow, and review what comes back.
Product Loop
Visual intent becomes actionable context
Open the real running interface.
Select the exact UI that needs attention.
Add written notes, drawings, or references.
Hand the visual request to the coding workflow.
Inspect the result and decide what becomes a change.
This case study intentionally focuses on the product experience and visible capability rather than exposing Skopeo’s internal bridge implementation.
What You Can Do
Visual collaboration
- Annotate the real interface instead of recreating it in a separate design tool.
- Attach visual references to clarify what should change.
- Keep human annotations distinct from agent observations until they are deliberately accepted.
Agent collaboration
- Send a visual request to the active coding workflow.
- Let the agent inspect and respond with visual observations or proposals.
- Use screenshots and review history to verify that the result matches the intent.
